📦 Delivery Policy – Serenyah

📍 Shipping

Our company is based in Portugal, but we have warehouses in various countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas, enabling us to ship orders to various countries within the European Union and other selected regions.

⏱️ Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and the availability of items at the time of ordering. This timeframe takes into account the time required for:

Preparation and checking of your item,

Dispatch via trusted logistics partners,

Delivery to the specified address.

Note: Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing you to track the delivery status in real time.
